Ways to sell

Sell the way your book is built.

One loan this week, a forward line next quarter. Same desk, same review, same bid standard.

Single loans

Any size, one at a time, whenever you need the capital back.

Flow

An ongoing program: you originate to our buy box and sell as loans close.

Forward

We commit to buy loans you are about to originate, on terms set up front.

Bulk

A whole pool or the whole book, priced loan by loan and settled together.

Row of newly built townhouses

Certainty of execution

When we commit, we close.

Our bid holds through the commitment period unless diligence finds a material defect. We buy with our own balance sheet, so there is no one behind us who can change the answer after you have planned around it.

  • Direct balance-sheet buyer, with no broker between you and the capital
  • No retrades: the bid holds through the commitment period unless diligence finds a material defect
  • Servicing released or retained, structured to how you run your business
  • Every bid owned by a person on our team, not by a model

What we buy

How it works

How selling works.

  1. Step 1

    Submit

Upload a loan tape, or register your loans in the CorrFirst seller portal.

  2. Step 2

    Get a bid

We send a price on each loan or the pool.

  3. Step 3

    Accept and deliver

If you accept, deliver the loan file.

  4. Step 4

    Diligence

Our AI underwriting reviews the entire file (valuation, construction feasibility where relevant, and every loan condition), and our underwriters clear it.

  5. Step 5

    Purchase

Once diligence is cleared, we buy the loan when the collateral documents are received and cleared.

  6. Step 6

    Servicing transfer

    Servicing moves after purchase.

Once you accept our bid, our AI reviews the entire file (valuation, feasibility, every condition) so diligence clears fast and we stand behind every purchase.

Who we buy from

Built for private money.

We buy from the lenders who make business-purpose loans, and the partners who fund them.

  • Private and hard money lenders
  • Debt funds
  • Table-funding brokers
  • Fintech originators

Common questions

Questions sellers ask first

Do you buy single loans?
Yes. One loan is a normal trade here, at any size. Submit it on a tape or register it in the CorrFirst seller portal, and you get a bid within 24 hours.
Do you buy loans with construction holdbacks?
Yes, including partially drawn rehab and ground-up loans. After purchase, CorrFirst funds the remaining draws, so your borrower's next draw is never in question.
Do you offer forward commitments?
Yes. We can agree to buy loans you are about to originate. Talk to the desk about terms.
How do I get approved as a seller?
Apply on the Become a Seller page. Approval runs alongside your first bid, so it never holds up a trade.
What do you need in the collateral file?
Nothing until you accept our bid. Then deliver the note, mortgage or deed of trust, appraisal, title, insurance, closing statement, borrower and entity documents, and payment history. For rehab and construction loans, add the budget, draw schedule and draw history. Approved sellers receive our full checklist.
What file formats do you accept for a tape?
Submit a tape (Excel/CSV or your loan system's export) or register loans in the CorrFirst seller portal.
Do you buy servicing released or retained?
Both. Tell us how you want to run the relationship and we structure the trade around it.

Ready to sell?

Submit one loan or a full tape.

A bid within 24 hours of a tape or seller portal registration, owned by a person on our team. After a bid is accepted, full-file review is why diligence moves fast, we close what we commit to, and we don't retrade.
